Sharing

We share data only with: Safaricom (for M-PESA processing), our courier partner (for delivery), and our email provider (for transactional emails). We do not sell your information.

Data retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet KRA tax requirements. Marketing data is kept only while you remain subscribed.
