These terms govern your purchase from PLUGFLAME Kenya and use of https://www.plugflame.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase PLUGFLAME products. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are VAT-inclusive at 16% where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received via M-PESA, or once a Cash-on-Delivery order is verified by our team. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, out of stock).

6. Warranty

PLUGFLAME products carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or accidents.

7. Safety

PLUGFLAME generates heat. Do not touch the coil during or immediately after use. Keep away from flammable materials. Not for use by minors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
