Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Kenya via trusted courier partners. Order before 2:00pm EAT for same-day dispatch (Mon–Sat).

Delivery times

• Nairobi (CBD & metro): Same-day or next business day.
• Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri): 1–2 business days.
• Other counties: 2–4 business days via G4S / Wells Fargo / Easy Coach parcel.

Delivery fees

• Nairobi metro: KSh 200–350 depending on location.
• Upcountry: KSh 300–500 (paid to the courier on pickup, or added at checkout).
• Free delivery on orders of KSh 5,000 or more, anywhere in Kenya.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the courier reference and a link via WhatsApp and email.

Pick-up

Self-pickup is available from our Nairobi base — contact us at +254 115 313 455 to arrange.
